We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenient location of our local facility as well as the casual structure of the job that allows for as little social interaction as you choose. However, we're sad to hear that you weren't pleased with other aspects of the job and we'd love to address the complaints you voiced.
Break policy: Management in each office has the flexibility to make exceptions to this policy within reason, and I'm sure your former management team would be happy to discuss this with you further should you reach out.
Audio quality: We recognize that the quality of the audio we process can vary greatly from person to person based on where they're calling from, etc. Our corporate team does their very best to follow up with customers when we consistently report quality concerns, so we welcome feedback from our employees on excessively difficult audio.
Compensation: Our base pay rate does indeed begin at a flat rate but everyone has the opportunity and guidance on how to hit higher rates of pay, which fall under our production-based model rather than a flat rate. Anyone can make up to $13/hour or more based on hitting the metrics provided to them upon hiring, including production bonuses!
