Avantages
- Fun and young culture - Option to work from home - Casual environment - Owners are really knowledgeable and well known within the industry - Good first job/stepping stone for something better - Gain lots of experience within the first year
Inconvénients
- Sink or swim environment - Expect everyone to work long hours and over the weekend. PMs always pushing you to do more work/take on more work and to get work done faster. If you don't get it done fast enough, it is your problem and not theirs (the PMs). - Company grew way too fast and owners did not appear to have a good grasp of how to manage the the company's growth - Promoted people who were good at their jobs but not good at project management. - New PMs were in way over their heads. Most (nearly all) had very limited knowledge of "the whole picture". - Owners have obvious favorites - Poor growth management/staffing led to multiple rounds of lay offs
