Monthly bonuses and weekly incentives were fantastic and kept us motivated to work hard to reach our goals.
From the owners, operations manager, supervisors, team leads, to the collections staff, everyone was very supportive of each other and cheered each other on to be their very best and be successful.
Daily team meetings kept us inspired and all striving towards our goals, not only as individuals, but for the betterment of the company as well.
The tools were there, all an employee had to do was be self-motivated, have a willingness to learn new things, have a strong, determined work ethic and pull their own weight and they would be successful.
Inconvénients
Because Core Recoveries worked as a subcontractor collecting on defaulted student loans, employees had to buy their own health, dental, and vision insurance which had extraordinarily high deductibles, co-pays and high prescription costs. The premiums were extremely costly. However, Core Recoveries did give us a stipend each month to help defray some of the costs.
