Perks like lunch provided 4 days per week, monthly team happy hours, a good group of people overall to work with. Overall company performance transparency.
Inconvénients
In-office required 3 days per week. With an in-office requirement small things like snacks and wellness opportunities should be offered (at least on a larger scale). Lots of leadership turnover in the last year after PE buyout.
