      Most of the people there are friendly

      Inconvénients

      Very high pressure for very low salary. Micro management and speaking down to others seems to be the way that some managers (not the senior ones) go about their business. The stress is definitely not worth the money you get paid. High staff turnover

      If you are looking to start your career in recruitment, the team offers great training resources and a hugely supportive environment both in work and on a personal level.
