      Avantages

      Good time autonomy. As long as work is done properly, attend the few meetings and reply in Slack, nobody chases around you unnecessarily.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes there so much focus on new features that existing ones break down, without time to get them fixed properly.

      Avantages

      Only pro was unlimited PTO, but even then got into you for actually using it.

      Inconvénients

      Tina Tran was brought in and started firing employees and labeled it lay offs so she bring in her own friends. HR always sides with the upper management. Not room to grow. No raises in the two years I was there and no bonuses were handed out either. Better off with another start up
