Avantages
- Meeting a large number of new contacts every month in a relatively laid back professional environment - Hours are set by the employee (they just have to add up to 40 per week) - Though a bit mundane, the work is not exceptionally difficult - Quarterly bonus up to $500, decent pay - Mileage and drive time are reimbursed - Product training tools are excellent - Co-workers are typically awesome individuals
Inconvénients
- The company folds and changes names every few years - Look up "Disorganized" in a Thesaurus. You'll find Creative Channel is a synonym - Driving in Dallas/Ft Worth traffic daily (occupational hazard really, no company car either) - Management is disconnected - No sense of purpose to company procedure and daily end game - Can be a pro, but agendas literally can change several times in a day. Everything is a "Fire Drill" - Comes with the territory I suppose (so few positions in the area), but initial training on company procedure like reporting and expenses is horrendous - Almost no vertical career opportunities. None. Great job for people with no ambition to move up
