Avantages

Get to use latest technology in the business and co workers are lovely.

Inconvénients

No growth opportunities. Low pay. No communication or respect from upper management. Redundancies every year. Long almost Victorian work hours.

Avantages

The company has been great to work for. Leaders know what they need to do to promote success and growth. Small company feel with big company backing. Support staff and project management is excellent and balanced. Most other companies I’ve worked with add PMs very late in the sales process creating an island for sales to work in where they don’t get support on a project until late, if at all.

Inconvénients

I have no current negatives that leave me wanting more from the company.

Adaptability and Resilience: My experience at Creative Technology Group honed my ability to adapt to dynamic situations. Navigating through the uncertainties of the pandemic allowed me to develop a resilient mindset, which has proven invaluable not only in my role but also in my personal growth. Supportive Work Environment: The company provided a supportive work environment, fostering collaboration and innovation. My colleagues and superiors were always willing to lend a helping hand, making it easier to overcome challenges.

mpact of COVID-19: Undoubtedly, the COVID-19 pandemic presented considerable challenges. The restrictions and uncertainties affected the pace of certain projects and made client interactions more complex. It required creative solutions and adaptability to sustain and grow our business. Work-Life Balance: The nature of the role demanded significant dedication and effort, especially during the pandemic when remote work became prevalent. Balancing work and personal life sometimes proved to be challenging, requiring effective time management and boundaries.
