      Relaxed environment, no unique problems but

      Inconvénients

      Upper Management is out of touch, owner is literally 95 years old. Regular problems are tedious and would normally be avoidable with proper policies implemented by Upper management but none nothing changes

      Pineville city is very boring and it's mostly an old people town
