Inconvénients
Excessive training in the onboarding, full week is in the office, including laptop set up and meet the team in the last 2 days. It is overwhelming. The recruitment process was a bit strange where they were trying to make me an offer but doesn’t know which project, since my salary expectations where aboved that I asked. Joined a team where there was an ilusion of time to learn, share improvements and apply actions. A sense of fake team spirit, no transparency, a lot things happened in backstage. I felt disrespectful by the scrum knight which was newly promoted before I joined. No opportunity to show my work, been judged for sharing different approaches. Is the CTW way or no way.
