Avantages

- Transportation - Travel opportunity ( if you get lucky with a client who will afford it not all of them ) - Working with European clients ( If you just assigned to one of the golf area clients which they expand on it). - A good overall package might be above avg a little of the market - They made sports activities frequently. - Trip for teambuilding for the whole company for 1 day outside Cairo once a year - A good community of developers from different companies

Inconvénients

- The notice period is 2 months which a long time when you want to move ( they tried to make it 3 months but not succeed with rejection from people). - Don't trust management in most of things and promises - Not stable for many reasons ( 1- the client might terminate the account 2- the client might terminate you 3- cross workers might need to make you leave [cause they believe they can get another one the next day ) - No policy for promotion - No policy of raise and how much you will get based on the range - Most of the time they will take the side of the client (Like any other business towards the money) - They don't mentioning all rules when they offer you, they add some of them when you are in (Rattrap). - There is no flexible time. - working from home becomes an emergency only and by max 2 days a month while you are already working remotely from the office. - when you are talking about money you will have to go and have a meeting with one of the founders themselves and by the end, you will have 2 choices stay on the same amount they give you or leave [they believe they are right and you take what they offer only). - Founders are arrogant and take things personally. - You will have to take vacations by the end of the year as you will not get paid for any days still in your vacations and it will not be transferred to the next year. - When you travel abroad they give you money and when you are back you have to get the bills you paid and the rest of the money you took - Most of the clients are startups now and then termination becomes a frequent thing they can't handle

1- Notice period: Reference to our Egyptian Labor Law, that we are abiding by, the notice period is 2 months from the employee's resignation date, and where this practice is and should be abided by all employees across many companies, and if there is kind of a flexibility from other companies sides this would depend on their agreement with the employee. In CrossWorkers it is a different model, since we are working with the Client Based Model, and not Project based model, which has some room for the employees somehow to leave earlier than the normal 2 month-notice. It's a company's policies end of the day, and which has been agreed on since the day of our respective employee's joining. In regards to the 3 month-notice period, allow us to correct you here, since we have never tried to apply a 3 month-notice. Aligning our dates with the clients' dates, was in process of being applied, but this decision has been banned once it was not applicable (Appreciate understanding the moral between what has been stated by your good self before providing such a feedback). 2- Client terminates in two cases, whether it's a Client detachment from CrossWorkers, or in case of a performance clear issue, which is the final decision taken after we go through and extensive performance development plan with the employee before moving on to the final decision of requesting the employee to be moving from the client's team. 3- We don't believe in that, and we worship or employees (This is a vague comment). 4- CrossWorkers' model is clear to all our employees, and building a development team for our clients gets to be communicated to our candidates once they are in the hiring process. Every account has it's own case and structure with known leveling in CrossWorkers, and being promoted - like in any company - needs either a new place (position) created, based on the needs, or an available slot after any employee leaves his/her place. 5- Amounts of raises and percentages, depends on many factors that our compensation & benefits team consider before moving to this final stage. Exact amounts are not conveyed to the employees except on the dates of issuance and announcements. This is world wide. 6- This is a vague comment. 7- Once you are offered we make contact you with the candidate trice (Offering Call - Offering Meeting - Induction), during which all questions and information is clearly communicated. In addition we share our CrossWorkers Guide with the employee once he/she joins as a reference. (We believe you didn't check it). 8- Hence, there is a work life balance; You show up at 9:00 AM and requested to leave at 5:00 PM to enjoy the rest of the day and maintain a work life balance. 9- Maintaining the right work and technical environment is what we care about in CrossWorkers, so accordingly we recommend people to show up on premises and for management purposes. In addition to having our Technical Teams around. Working From Home is there but when needed. 10- Vacations is part of our work life balance value that we do believe in, and accordingly we are keen all employees are getting all vacations taken during the year, It's a matter of how to plan and manage your year, according to our Danish Management.

Avantages

1. Work life balance. 2. Good environment

Inconvénients

1. Even the pros they don’t owe them, the pros is because of the client nature which means of the client nature is tough then they will be. 2. They doesn’t have a vision. 3. Salaries are veryyy low comparing to their profit. 4. They can’t handle developers and the management doesn’t have any idea of the field. 5. The way of treatment is very aggressive. 6. No learning curve unless your client is good and wants you to grow 7. HR always on the management site if any problem happened. Overall if you got a chance to be working with a good client you’ll be happy if not crossworkers doesn’t have a thing to do
