      • Small company feel, with the emphasis placed on communication and results • Market leader in military hard- and soft-goods • Beautiful new office building with great facilities • Every staff member responds to the effort you put in and is willing to mentor you if you engage with them • A great opportunity to support the men and women protecting the US and allied nations through innovative design and production

      • Slightly difficult commute to the Brooklyn Navy Yard

      Avantages

      I have been working at Crye Precision coming up on 1yr now, what an honorable and ethical ownership that reflects on the employees that I am proud to call my fellow colleagues. Anyone without the characteristics of Honor, Ethics and Morels would be the only ones to speak negative about Crye. All employees are treated as adults and no micromanaging, I am blessed and honored to have a place at the table with such creative and amazing ownership and employees.

      Avantages

      Cool facility with fancy gym.

      Inconvénients

      Bad leadership and management. Lack of growth opportunities. Poor communication skills. Minimum pay scale with little no knowledge of what is needed for improving the business. Still in a small business mindset. Lack of execution.
