      Avantages

      The pros of working for this company ... The Pay? And possibly a few cool co-workers that you can coerce with about how bad it sucks working there. They like to play up the free food, booz, and games - But this is only a lure in my opinion.

      Inconvénients

      They say a company reflects their leadership - and in this case it sure does. This is a fear based place to work. The office is run by a "boys club". The organization of this place is NILL. The leadership changes their mind at the drop of a dime and will turn on anyone that doesn't agree with them. Many days I left crying from work. And witnessed others doing the same. A little story I'd like to share about this place: A few weeks after I announced my pregnancy to JUST the management team (I had to spill the beans because they were painting in the office and they refused my request to work from home when I began feeling sick / they then proceeded to set up a desk for me outside in the parking lot instead of letting me go home...) Soon after, I received an email asking for me to announce my pregnancy to the entire office. (I was only 8 weeks pregnant and was waiting until 12) Then to add fuel to the fire - My job duties began being stripped of me, the management began bullying me, and I was basically pushed out of my position. The day I quit, I was balling because of a meeting that I had just been demoralized in.

      Hello, Thank you for taking the time to add these comments to our page. Although it is very painful to hear, feedback like this it is greatly appreciated. As an employer, we have an obligation to make sure there is zero tolerance for any discrimination based on a person’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. Your experience as you describe is deeply troubling and is not something we would want to happen at CrystalCommerce. We recently held a meeting with our female employees to provide them with a safe platform to address any concerns you have. While none of our current female employees expressed feelings of discrimination, we are assessing our office culture, improving sexual harassment prevention training tools, and reviewing the issue of discrimination with our current department managers. CrystalCommerce does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.       Avantages

      Crystal Commerce is an extremely great place to work! The culture at Crystal Commerce is the best I've ever worked for! Everyone is authentic and loves what they do, and the CEO truly cares about each individual!

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons. Everyone is well taken care of!

      Avantages

      My experience thus far at CrystalCommerce has been quite rewarding. I've found that if you work hard and show initiative, the company will reward you and invest in your future. The atmosphere is not like your typical office job, so if you are used to a more strict and structured environment this may not be for you. The company is quite young and the coworkers are all very pleasant to be around. Everybody seems to get along well and things like company lunches, game nights and Holiday parties help foster the positive relationships with each other. The pay at the company is fair and the benefits are getting better all the time. There is a lot of work to do still, but Dan has never had any issue investing in employees, whether it be buying lunches, cool gadgets, gifts during the Holidays, or gift cards. All in all, for somebody just starting their career this is a great opportunity to learn some new skills and help out small businesses in the game and hobby industry.

      Inconvénients

      There is some disorganization within the company and a lot of work needs to be done to add structure and discipline. This isn't abnormal for a company so young. There needs to be more focus. Lots of things going on at once and it can lead to some getting a little disorganized and frustrated.
