      Avantages

      The entire team is very high performing, upper management is very supportive. Departments are well structured, there is a lot of cross communication and collaboration across the departments. The commitment to sustainability and 5 star service is impressive.

      Inconvénients

      Budget restrictions sometimes mean facilities go without necessary equipment.

      Avantages

      Great team, beautiful venue, and an excellent company to work for. The company genuinely values its employees and invests in staff development, career progression, and opportunities for growth across all of its properties. The staff Green Room is a great perk as well, fully equipped with appliances, two TVs, and stocked daily with food, fresh bread, drinks, cookies, crackers, and ice blocks. Management are supportive, approachable, and encourage employees to grow and progress within the company.

      Inconvénients

      No car parks onsite but its understandable as the venue needs to provide parks to the guest. There is plenty of parking externally so its not that bad.

      Inconvénients

      - Always understaffed - Management can't lead and is scared of conflict - VERY tight budget - Low Pay, therefore run by backpackers
