Perspective commerciale
Avantages
A lot of the people I worked with were really great and the founders do really believe in the mission of the product. Their enthusiasm was always exciting and for a long time I really enjoyed working there.
Inconvénients
People were constantly ‘asked to leave’ the business without notice, which created a culture of fear and people not speaking out when decisions got made they didn’t agree with. Lots of my colleagues worked overtime and weekends. There was often no clear direction and it seemed like our focus was constantly changing of what the app wanted to be. In my opinion, pretty unfair hiring practices and not very diverse. No progression frameworks, no HR person. Very few benefits.
