If you ask for further compensation due to this they will tell you "show us another job offer and we will take it into consideration". -Very little training for new employees and historically speaking if you cannot figure things out on your own they will let you go in short order. -Management constantly hires individuals who are not qualified to do the job which makes your job more difficult.
