Overall good experience - Avis employé Paid Media Specialist Customlytics

I've been working at Customlytics for almost 2 years already, and the experience has been pretty nice - I always have to learn something new since the mobile app marketing environment is evolving constantly. My work is appreciated by both fellow colleagues and the management - I can feel this, it's one of the greatest motivators to go on. I also enjoy that we have our regular Summer Breeze event when we meet each other, do some learnings and fun activities together - it's bonding. Moreover, as for Ukrainian, I highly appreciate the values of the company - Customlytics supports Ukraine in its will to live freely and democratically.

I'd enjoy seeing my colleagues face-to-face a bit more often - that's one of the cons of working remotely.

There is an HR team that is working to expand cross-team communication, which I think is very important for employees who work remotely for the most part. I am very happy to be able to work under my own responsibility and to be given trust in my work. The working environment is very pleasant and all team leads are professional and emphatic people.

The actually fixed feedback cycles with colleagues are not always adhered to, so opportunities for a next step or feedback to the superior are not always possible. The scope of tasks and responsibilities is growing, but this is not reflected in the salary. Unfortunately, you also have to approach superiors yourself when it comes to recognition related to salary, which in my opinion should no longer be the case. I'm not sure if feedback is taken very seriously.
