Great team to work with. Company that cares about the end goal of systems support and the removal of operational interference from technology so that the business can achieve their goals. I appreciate that CyberStreams allows me as the IT consultant out in the field to treat the company as a partner/relationship rather than just a client whom we can extract money from while not getting the job done. I want to do a good job for my clients and my team and they allow me the to do the right thing that is fair to me and my clients.
Inconvénients
Training is more self motivated, no internal system for training classes and expanding skills. All other complaints are minor or me just whining.

IT Security is a challenge in general, currently, you must maintain continuous vigilance and training.
Fast‑paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same. The role constantly brings new challenges that keep things interesting, and I’m surrounded by a collaborative, supportive team that values problem‑solving and growth. It’s a place where learning, teamwork, and momentum are a daily part of the job.
