Avantages
Office is outstanding - although you would hope so for the amount of money spent on desks. Colleagues are incredible and interesting people. Colleagues get to travel the world Operations staff do a seriously good job and the quality of work is owed to the amazing staff who work there
Inconvénients
Incompetent and unstable -Hired 20 staff in a 6 month aggressive expansion strategy - now looking to make 10 of those redundant due to mismanagement of cost cover. They thought they could make people redundant within a week and did not want to follow best HR practice. They were hiring 2 weeks before they announced redundancies. No training or induction provided. Senior management don't appear to be interested in the development of staff. They have more managers than lower level staff. They like to appear as a veneer of what a tech company is but do not provide any of the benefits. There is an emphasis placed on the CyberHawk culture but this seems to have been lost under new investment.
