Avantages
The Denver office is beautiful and they have so many fun activities every week. If your direct manager is based in Scotland there is a good chance you will get a paid trip for "training."
Inconvénients
In the interview process and first week of training I was guaranteed great training and that someone on my team would always be available to help/answer questions, but that was not the case. I would be shown a task (most often) only have way through and when we would try to schedule another meeting for completion of said task it would get pushed until it was forgotten about. When I reached out for help the staff/manager would say read your notes and figure it out. I took my concerns to the HR staff and while they seemed concerned nothing happened. The long time staff/management are very clique and not very warming to new employees.
