      Avantages

      Lab mates are great and supportive. You learn to multitask quickly. If the department is well staffed, you get to learn a handful of assays. Snacks are provided and ample parking in the area. Uber Eats is familiar with the address Bathrooms are clean

      Inconvénients

      Staff turn over is high (12-14 months before leaving for different opportunities) Not much support from upper management Pay is below average for the area Maternity leave is nonexistent Heavily profit driven and you will be reminded so Work-life balance is hard to maintain.

      Avantages

      The people were hard working, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. The benefits were fantastic and the paid leave and sick days were excellent and above average for the industry. The opportunities for on the job training far exceeded the industry average, particularly mid-sized-to-large biopharma.

      Inconvénients

      The same challenges faced by all CROs.
