Avantages
The team is made up of highly driven individuals who care about the mission and work hard to make a difference. Like many early-stage companies, things can move quickly and priorities may shift, but it’s a great environment for people who thrive on learning, adaptability, and taking ownership.
Inconvénients
Not a place to work if you're looking for highly structured environments or clearly defined roles, but that's pretty standard in a start-up. There can occasionally be siloed communication and competition for visibility, impacting collaboration and information sharing.
