      Avantages

      Cyth is a small company which is a large pro and a small con. You will quickly gain valuable industry experience as an engineer being exposed to projects from many different industries. And often you will work with engineers from other teams, ex. mech, electrical, and software. The culture is good and the place values a growth outlook mentality.

      Inconvénients

      Engineers are often allowed to be the "project managers" of their projects. Management shows up for you in communications with your customers reactively rather than proactively which gives you experience handling things alone but also means they're helping you put out fires rather than trying to work ahead to put out potential fires before they begin.

      Avantages

      Dynamic working culture with autonomy to try things out and quickly get feedback. Great colleagues and management. Flat org structure with a lot of management accessibility and support.

      - Exposure to a variety of industries - Freedom with schedule as long as you put in 40hrs

      Inconvénients

      - Horizontal Orginazational structure. Less opportunity for vertical growth - Management feels they need to be right about everything - Stress from underquoted projects. They low ball and you are pretty much always over budget.
