He communicates a clear vision, mission, value, and strategy, which makes his employees know what to expect from the company. David compensates his employees well and manages by objective, allowing them to make thoughtful decisions and “holding them accountable.” As a result, the company has run like a well-oiled machine. What I like about DW Morgan is that David is one the best people-oriented CEOx and he truly believes that employees are the company’s most important assets.
Inconvénients
Working for a fast growing company normally requires patience and perseverance. You have to be available to work more than 8 hours a day.
