      Avantages

      Some choice of different stuff to work on.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management full of politicians exercising machiavellianism. Management does not seem to be interested in the product at all. Capable people who do stuff but are noncomformant to their approach (not members of the "bros" team) in any way are ousted out.

      Avantages

      It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

      Inconvénients

      The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
