      Too many idealists, which ultimately holds back delivery Lack of diversity in the work force (ie too many middle class white people - ironic given its globally facing role)

      Varied experiences, committed people, trying to put good policies in place,flexi-time, not too much pressure

      Inconvénients

      Political, still some old-fashioned practices, some bullying and unpleasant behaviour
