      Pay is average for most material handling positions. It's physical work all day. Like most places, you'll be expected to hit certain numbers daily.

      Inconvénients

      Peak season is a killer. Thanksgiving to Christmas, you'll basically live there.

      Avantages

      Great team environment with strong support throughout the organization. I enjoyed collaborating with both my direct team and the store teams.

      Inconvénients

      There honestly were not many negatives. I really enjoyed the team environment, felt supported, and had a positive experience overall. Like any role, there were occasional busy or challenging periods, but nothing that outweighed the positives of the position.
