Avantages

People at DMBA are generally very kind. We have been allowed to be remote (or mostly remote) for several years, but it feels like that is coming to an end. We are getting a newly renovated office space that will eventually be ready for use.

Inconvénients

Promotion/progression/salary growth is very difficult without sitting in a chair for 10 years. Innovation is generally frowned upon, unless it comes from senior leadership. Expectations from executives and management is that people are willing to work 50-60 hours regularly. Priorities/tasks/goals are poorly defined, so a lot of the work is very meandering and does not feel productive outside of “keeping the lights on.” Salary is low for many roles, and occasionally you hear the excuse of “our mission and what/who we support is part of the compensation for our work,” which just feels like a company taking advantage of people’s feelings about who DMBA supports.
