Avantages
None, really, I mean it.
Inconvénients
1. Awfully inexperienced management, supervisors, and producers who absolutely CANNOT effectively schedule and delegate work. You WILL get extremely frustrated if you are a mid-senior artist or lead who knows what they're doing. 2. Terrible facilities. Old, run down, dirty, not cleaned properly, extremely cramped. You're never more than 3 feet away from someone, SERIOUSLY. 3. No culture what-so-ever. Dry. Hardly a friendly environment. 4. As per DNEG tradition now, you CANNOT see ANYTHING the company is working on unless you have an explicit task on a show in Shotgun. 5. Better not hope a global pandemic roles around again or they'll slash everyone's salary and lay half the people off! 6. Did I say inexperienced leadership? Oh yeah. It's worth saying again. Supes are the worst here. 7. You'll be constantly fixing terrible work from India. It's not cheaper in the end if it doesn't work, right? 8. Slow pipeline. Loading anything, especially heavy scenes, takes ages. 9. Two faced HR to the MAX.
