      Avantages

      Being a small firm, you get a lot of one-on-one attention from senior level all the way to partner. Heavy focus on federal government allows exposure to different types of accounting, as well as working with several Big 4 companies. This gives the added benefit of seeing what their work/life is like while not having the same level of stress.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of work is contract work, so it is harder to build strong relationships with people inside the firm.
