      Avantages

      During my time at DPCS, I have experienced a lot of opportunities of growth, both professionally and clinically. Those agency allows you to learn a lot and get trained in a lot of different modalities as a clinician. They invest in their clinicians.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes the training structure can be a little confusing from the on boarding to your specific program.

      Avantages

      DPCS has great benefits and a good work culture. There is room for growth and tuition assistance.

      Inconvénients

      Some in leadership micromanage and they put too much value in a degree and not enough on experience.
