      Avantages

      None. Genuinely None. I wanna say remote work for the sake of listing one pros atleast but everything is remote now so...

      Inconvénients

      lack of leadership and the direction they're headed. They treat engineer and any other resource as disposal. it's offshore shop and get the work done anyway in any cheapest way possible place. Quality isn't what they care about.

      Good learning experience for someone with little or no experience

      Inconvénients

      poor leadership, high turnover, unattainable revenue marks, offshore staff, faulty product.
