Priority of safety over production is nill with a huge E-MOD Rating, they'll never land large Federal Opportunities due to high amount of industrial claims. Lastly, from Senior to middle management, obsessive and oppressive micro-managing kills motivation to do your best or excel at all....and of course it's all who you know in each office. Don't look for advancement opportunties here.
