Current managers and vp's should be evaluated they lie, play favortism that is blantley obvious, the employee of the qtr is a joke, you must be a favorite to win that or a family member. The principal 's claim they have Open door policy but it only applies to favorites. The HR department has a a couple of nice/helpful people but a couple of them dont respond to emails or return calls. The IT department mgrs think they are the best and are rude, but the two guys that help most employees are nice. Stop discrimination against Minority's , stop acting like the minoritys are not good enough.
