      Avantages

      Nice office building, possibility to travel.

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic leadership - a lot of the directors have a harsh tone, and the way they speak to some colleagues does not align with values in 2025. No one wants to have a micromanaging leader in their head 24/7. Culture is very old unfortunate.

      Avantages

      * Great benefits, medical, dental, vision and options for 401K /ROTH IRA. * Opportunities to grow and learn within the CO. * Once a week , on certain days, fruits & bagels provided.

      Inconvénients

      * Unfortunately, have to deal with politics in the office, specifically clicks that management , majorly favored . Not just a few employees many are favored even if another associate is doing exemplary , they will get looked over.
