      Interesting work and flexible scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Little to no documentation on processes, expected figure it out for yourself yet still achieve perfection, constant nitpicking and frequent personal insults based on work performance, unfriendly enviroment, little to no communication between coworkers, avoid unless absolutely necessary.

      Avantages

      A good place to work, a lot of hands-on experience. The leader helps us learn and explore new things and a lot of opportunities to grow. Overall, very good company to work for and they sell a good quality product, a very reliable product.

      Inconvénients

      Hoping to gain more opportunities to try different financial tools/ softwares.

      Salary is upto industry standards.

      Inconvénients

      Extreme toxic workplace. No opportunity to grow your career, technology used is old, everything is done haphazardly. CEO is rude, disrespectful and screams at his employees in front of everyone. Doesn’t feel like a corporate environment but instead a small family owned business You will always be working overtime and never appreciated. Would not recommend.
