Inconvénients
This company fired a great live teacher recently. The reason? He set up his own Facebook page and shared his passion for manycam on the Facebook page. The live teachers or mentors got jealous and company sent him a ‘you’re fired’ email. However, he’s a great teacher and worked a full contract and more for the company. Surely a great company would support talented teachers. Apparently not this school. As a consequence of this another live teacher ‘Mary’ quit just to keep her integrity. By the way, the live teachers are the face of the company for most teachers. Second, this company keeps changing the software without any warning. If the software changes it would be great to be told how and why it has changed. Finally, the school started a rewards program but they don’t honor it. The teachers are continuiously mocking the school with gifs and other jokes and they are laughing at it. Therefore, many of the teachers don’t respect the school. One more thing, make sure you put your phone on flight mode otherwise you will recieve an automated phone call 30 minutes before class. Overall, this school has been run terribly and I’m ashamed to work for them. By the way, the Facebook group is monitored by the ‘mentors’ and if they don’t like you they will put a bad name in for you.
