They do not hire people of other races.
I don't have a traditional background in ESL but I applied as I was looking for something new to do and I have a lot of friends in the ESL field who offered to help me out. Once I began working I really enjoyed it and suggested to two of my friends to apply.
They both have extensive experience and are in face certified ESL teachers. When they told me they were not contacted for an interview I thought that was strange. One of my friends decided to resubmit her resume however instead of using her own photo she used the photo of a blonde- within 24 hours of sending this 'new' application she was offered an interview.
