Inconvénients
- NO direct contact with parents - 90% of kids are in the wrong level, kids as young as 5 were having to learn about magnetism without even knowing how to say hello - Staff completely neglects you as soon as you start - No help from IT, constant internet issues, NEVER get fixed - They created new incentive rules every month while lowering the pay along with the incentive changes, NEVER opportunities to earn more money (I was losing about $100usd - $200) every month - Terrible material, FAR too much text for young ones and too much repetition of the same word for advanced students (I was forced to teach my most advanced 12 year old the word 'blossom' for 5+ classes and he was completely over it, I had no option to switch material) - Teachers have NO SAY in anything!!
