I started here as a fresher and worked on client projects at an early stage of my career which helped me to grow professionally. Colleagues and managers are really helpful. I have spent 6 years in this organization and it is easy to maintain a work-life balance. They also provide flexibility in the working hours and hybrid work culture. Overall, a great place to start your professional career.
