      Avantages

      Really great and helpful staff. Of course in the contract you're in direct contact with the company a lot of times but I like how quick and efficient the on-boarding process was.

      Inconvénients

      Only con is medical, health benefits are currently unavailable.

      less pay, more commission based, no formal growth in learning new things or lateral movement... as small firm
