Avantages
-The payment is substantial. 22000CLP/hr is really good at least here in Chile. I have heard there are some specialized tasks that pay more. -You don't have a person over you requiring you to work. All interactions are done through the platform. -While you have task to do, you can decide when to do them, or even if you want to do them at all. Just know, if no tasks done, no payment at all. -Completely remote. -You participate in the improvement of AI models, it is a big deal if you think about it.
Inconvénients
-Job can be demanding to your mind if you do it right, but well, it is like any other job probably. -Task are taken away from you after a short period, sometimes a day, sometimes less. So if you don't work just when you got them, you may left with no task at all, thus no payment at all. -Feedback of your performance is rare or non existent, -Decisions are taken with out consulting you or inform you. You may have no tasks for long periods, you may be fired off without informing you.
