The overall workload is too small. The gap between the current project and the next one is too long, making it unstable. The next project also starts suddenly, without any prior announcement. The project description is too long. It's unclear what is the project overview and what is the actual answer section. I'm only forced to read a long overview, and I don't even get to the section where the actual fees are generated.
