Avantages
Working remotely, you have the opportunity to work at your own pace. This gives you freedom and peace of mind, always keeping boundaries between personal life, and work. I keep learning everytime I am involved in new projects and I couldn't be happier with the knowledge I've already acquired. I love the community and the people who work for DA, as we get along and relate to one another no matter the age. We all work towards a common goal and it is incredibly human, as well as humbling. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing you've made an impact on today's modern AI tools and that you've been compensated well for it; No other company can compare in terms of compensation and opportunity. It can be near impossible getting work in that field, despite having the qualifications, so I appreciate DA Tech for seeing the potential in everybody.
Inconvénients
The hardest part of the job would be accepting that there are periods of draught, especially as bilinguals (which I am). Dashboards can be pretty empty, and projects can run out like hot cakes as everybody rushes to get work. Another would be the uncertainty whether or not you're doing a good job, or if you're being laid off.
