Plenty of work overnight--great for night owls
Interesting tasks
Learn something new all the time
Have to be a self-starter, but there is on-staff help available for each task
Decent rates, especially comparatively
Inconvénients
There is great information provided for each task, but you have to already have good feel and sense for what is appropriate and what isn't
Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.
Inconvénients
The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
