If you are eager to learn, you will have a good opportunity to learn a lot in first 2 years, but that's it.
Inconvénients
It is a family owned business. The company is not well structured. They give you access to do many things: change production code, disable a task, modify table's content. They ask you to do stuffs without full explanations, and when you make mistakes, they will point fingers to you. - micro management - unprofessional - stressful working environment - outdated technology
