      Avantages

      I worked for more than 5 yrs, It was not a company but Second home for all of us, we were proud to say that we work for DataVail, but things got changed once our top management got changed ( specially Jaya & Ninad ) , who made this Company "OUR COMPANY" the second Home. The Key factor was that, they always keep on taking reviews from each individuals & solve there problems asap.

      Inconvénients

      New Management is not able to handle Employee satisfaction, not sure about the revenue but 100% sure Employee satisfaction lost (Key factor). This is the reason most of the key resource resigned.
