      Avantages

      Work for high end clients Gain a lot of practical experience Colleagues are lovely, but turnover is high

      Inconvénients

      Pay is exceedingly low for the high end clients worked on Training is minimal There is a lot of internal promotion to managerial positions, which can be good if the people with management experience / training are in these positions, but more often than not upper management do not have the relevant people skills. It's rather difficult to progress within the company
