      Avantages

      Tasks can be almost the same each project/client so you can be familiarized through time especially that you are loaded everytime.

      Inconvénients

      So much workload that it does not match to your salary. Seniors have inferiority complex. My manager gaslighted me when I shared that I am demotivated at work.

      Excellent fast pace and client focused information services firm that specializes in language translation and localization services.

      Inconvénients

      Agile and client focused- can at times lead to scope creep and changing deliverables.

      Interesting client portfolio and challenges Dynamic spirit in teams Diverse backgrounds in teams make it very multicultural Company showing strong growth (increasing sales and new offices) Possibility to travel in some cases

      Inconvénients

      Improved HR involvement with hiring and employee development would be interesting
