      Avantages

      They always try to ensure that employees are trained in the latest technologies. The support from the managers is fantastic. And the atmosphere in the company is very good. Cooperation and help are encouraged, and they prioritize finding solutions instead of looking for someone to blame.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, I don't see any disadvantages. I was happy to work at DATEL.

      Avantages

      Family feel - Colleagues all want to support each other.

      Inconvénients

      Huge pay disparity between members of the same team. No clear progression within the company. No significant help when presenting a complex personal issue that affects work. Target driven, regardless of what external factors may be affecting that and will be used against you.
